Here comes the new Nooka Zub 20, the Zub Zirc that comes in neon and flashy colors. A really nice and minimalist drawing for this most simple display that know how to design Matthew Waldman, Nooka founder. The colors are clear and really flashy, with a fluorescent looking.
The dotted circle indicates hours while the line under it indicates the minutes. A simple and pure equilibrium for a watch that associates urban looking and minimalism.
The polurethan strap band is soft, colored and fit perfectly to your wrist with the patented Nooka Buckle.

Nooka is the brainchild of artist and designer, Matthew Waldman.
In 1997, Matthew had a flash-back to a first grade math class while staring at a large wall clock in a London hotel and was struck by how few options there were for time display. He then sketched his ideas for potential designs on a napkin and brought them back to New York. After working on the designs, he submitted them to his legal team, and indeed, they were unique enough to patent! The linear and graphic representation of time with Nooka timepieces presents a more intuitive way to view time.
The visual mass increases as time passes, giving weight to an ephemeral and abstract concept - creating a universal visual language. Rather than just style the appearance of an object, Nooka’s reconceptualization is based on analytic and artistic underpinnings that incorporate trends in fashion and science.
The approach is beyond any material product – it is a concept, a method, a mindstyle. Nooka timepieces are renowned for their ingenuity and design, as well as the quality of the materials they use. By using fine diamonds and genuine crocodile bands with a digital display, or bold, ambitious colors to complement your sneaker collection, the goal is to Nooka-fy the way you use timepiece accessories.

Michael young is a british designer that has settled in Hong Kong and became an Icon of design in Asia. Here comes the PXR-8, his new watch design directly inspired from the line of the PXR-6 but with a more futuristic and minimalist angle. 2 locations on the wide case allow the band to be fixed solidly and has a also a really nice esthetic principle. The bracelet has a perfect position, with an high angle and fit perfectly the wrist. PXR-8 comes in 2 versions, the Brushed steel case and the Black Steel case.

The Newton Pink by Nixon is the most eye candy version of the Newton serie. An intense Pink and a superb urban look for this unique watch. We love this design that is a mix between modernity and fashion. The hours and minutes are displayed with rotating spots that take place in a very stylish and simple dial. Simply nice, zen and smart.

Naoto Fukasawa is a design star in Japan, he has created many desigs for emblematic brands such as B&B Italia, Driade, Magis, Artemide or Danese. He is also the co-founder of Plus or Minus Zero, a japanese design editor. For Issey Miyake, he has created the Big Twelve, Twelve that you can discover here in its polished steel version.
A pure line with no concession, typical of Fukasawa’s style. A circle case and a surface where appears as a simple dodecagon where each separation signifies an hour. The display is wide white with only 2 black hands and the Issey Miyake logo on one hand.
The case has a Ø38mm and an atypical thickness of 9,8mm. This gives a very personnal and unique watch.

Issey Miyake is the emblematic Japanese Fashion designer. With his minimalistic and sculptural style, he is in the “less is more” stream. We also find in his Timepieces collection the Zen spirit within his Haute Couture collections. Free hands in a minimalist environment, here comes the Tempo Libero designed by Denis Guidone for Nava Design. Looking free hands turn in a free way in the black & pure dial. The white hand indicates hours and is attached to the axle, the orange hand is attached to the side of the dial and allows a precise indication of time, even if it doesn’t seem to be the case.
The steel case is executed in a fine and precise way as know how to do Denis Guidone and Nava Design. The leather bracelet is attached under the case giving to the watch a generous look with a whole diameter of 42mm.

Here comes the new Cyclops in a special edition, a really nice special edition. Same same but different, the Cyclops is back in black and grey with just a red hoop that come to equilibrate the dial. The Cyclops special edition comes to us for a limited time.
The Cyclops is a monohand watch, you read time with the hoop that comes and pass through dots that build a pretty circle on the dial. It’s not the watch you wear when you have a plane to catch but it’s also a timepiece that reminds you that you’re not around 10 minutes, take your time and live.
Each watch comes in a MJW presentation box with a specially commissioned artwork by Debbie Smyth. The box is simple and elegant with a pretty british touch.

The back of the watch case is also very precise and is carved with the watch name, the brand name and the designer’s name.
Denis Guidone is involved with architecture, design and visual communication. his project process was born under the idea of subtraction, he follows the unification of opposite through a constant approach on the border between architecture and visual communication, at the same time mediated by an expressive research addressed to work on the basis of subtraction. Denis Guidone loves to imagine another side of time, a perpendicular time that he expresses in the Ora Unica, a watch with a pretty anarchy, simple, minimalist which has won several international prices. Edited by the Milanese company Nava design, the Ora Unica is one of the main creations of Denis. A watch with whirlwind hands that build a very unic moving geometry to indicate time. (See the wach in movement bellow). A wide screen (42mmØ), a steelcase, a leather bracelet and water resistant 3ATM/30m.
Ora Unica minimalism gives no concession to its execution which is clear, precise and has a very good finition. Black steel case with the Nava embossed logo.
See bellow another view of the really nice case. Smooth, beautiful and resistant. The leather strap is attached underneath the case and optimize the minimalist concept.
Bellow, here is an animated version of the way we read time on the Ora Unica. We don’t guess it at a first glance but reading time is simple on this watch, the global geometry constantly change while maintaining a global coherence of the shape.

With its little post apocalypse look, the Nooka Zem is inspired by the gem-cuts and plays with metal and polygons to give us a very unique timepiece. We love or we don’t love, no half mesure for this new design by Matthew Waldman.The metallic bracelet has an organic design which complete this futuristic painting.
Miror or black version, Timefy proposes to you the 2 models with the strongest personality of the ZEM range. The time display is the Zen V version. Time is expressed from left to right: HOURS 1-6, HOURS 7-12, MINUTES 1-59, SECONDS are shown in a small window on the right above the day.
Sides of the case are marked with a double OO button, an ovoïd OO that makes echo to the OO of Nooka logo.
The box also plays with facets. It is the same box for the Black or Miror model.

The digital model of VOID Watches, the V.01EL, is available in 4 versions : White with white bracelet, Black brushed steel, brushed steel or Polished steel. Drawn by the Swedish designer David Ericsson, the VOID watch has got the pure scandinavian design style with its minimalist case and its half window opened on a large surface. 42mm long, 32 width, a large surface but not too much, the whole watch has a very good equilibrium as know how to design our Scandinavian friends. Waterproof 3ATM/30M. 129 €.
The leather bracelet comes with a really nice quality and finition. The back of the case is laser carved with model Nb (V.01EL), the designer signature and the brand logo : VOID watches.
The Digital VOID Watch, as the analogue version, has a good position on your wrist, not too large, not too small, its position is good and it doesn’t move. Very nice scandinavian composition for this very pure design, a nice minimalist object that doesn’t sacrifice daily confort.
