The 412 of Jacob Jensen has a medium sized display and is really related to all Jacob Jensen design universe. It is a mix between modern minimalism and classicism, a pure scandinavian spirit. Case is made of titanium with a black ceramic padding. With a 7 mm thickness, the 412 is light, elegant and has a really good position on the wrist. Polished titanium case. Date is located on the right with a nice equilibrium. Dimensions : Ø35mm, thickness 7mm. Water resistant 3 ATM. Polyurethane watch band with squares.
Jacob Jensen was born in 1926 in Copenhagen and was quickly owned by a traveling spirit that made him travel since he was 20. Formed at School of Arts and Craft, he next specialized himself in furniture design with great names such as Poul Kjærholm. Before creating his own studio in 1958, he has worked in US in notorious design studios. Within his own studio, he has worked for Bang & Olufsen, the Design everyone knows. He has designed more than 200 products for B&O and has also created one of the most re-known design language. In 1990, Timothy Jensen, Jacobs' son has developed the Jacob Jensen company overseas and has created Jacob Jensen branded products.
